House Keeping Rules & Guest Guidelines

Welcome to Our Guest House! We are delighted to host you and ensure your stay is comfortable. Please take a moment to review our housekeeping rules and guest guidelines to help us maintain a five-star standard and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

🏡 General Housekeeping & Cleanliness

  1. Our staff works hard to maintain the villas at the highest cleanliness and hygiene levels. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space tidy.
  2. Linen and towels are changed every third day to conserve water and ecology. If additional towels or linen are required, our staff will be happy to assist.
  3. Please switch off air conditioning, electrical lights, and fans when not in use to conserve energy.
  4. Solar water heating is available with an electric backup (geyser) for 24-hour hot water. There may be a slight delay when you turn on the tap.
  5. Pool and room towels should not be taken to the beach to prevent excessive wear and damage.
  6. Please wash sand from your feet before entering the villa. Foot washing taps are provided outside each villa and apartment.
  7. Please inform housekeeping if you require room cleaning services between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  8. One housekeeping staff will be available 0900hrs till 2100 Hrs. Please try and avoid calling them after working hours as they need to rest and be ready to serve you the next day.

đźš­ Smoking, Pets & Conduct

  1. No smoking or vaping inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas such as private balconies.
  2. No pets are allowed on the premises.
  3. Only registered guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay in the villa. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
  4. No parties or events without prior approval from the villa management.
  5. No illegal activities, including drugs or prostitution, are allowed on the premises.

⏳ Check-In, Check-Out & Quiet Hours

  1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please avoid playing loud music at all times, as this is a residential area and we respect our neighbours.
  3. If you wish to use the pool after 8:00 PM, please inform the manager.

🛠️ Security & Safety

  1. Personal belongings and valuables should be kept secure during your stay. Safe lockers are provided in each villa.
  2. Please lock your rooms before going out.
  3. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the villa, furniture, or artwork during their stay.
  4. The villa owner or representative reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund in case of rule violations.
  5. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard. Please read and follow the swimming pool rules.
  6. Be mindful when maneuvering vehicles inside the property to avoid damage to gardens, plants, or lights.
  7. There are electric car charging points available for each villa.

📡 Internet & Work Facilities

  1. High-speed internet is provided. If you experience connectivity issues, please inform the staff. However, occasional disruptions due to service providers may be beyond our control.
  2. Each room has a dedicated work station for guests working remotely.

🎨 Artwork & Décor

  1. Please do not touch or remove any artwork or paintings. If you wish, staff can cover them upon request.

🍽️ Dining & Chef Services

  1. We do not provide in-house chef services, but a private chef can be arranged at an additional cost if requested in advance.
  2. Our housekeeping staff can prepare tea and coffee, help warm meals, and clean up after meals.
  3. Guests can order food from local restaurants or online delivery services such as Swiggy and Zomato.

đź§ş Laundry Services

  1. A washing machine and dryer are available. Please contact housekeeping staff for assistance.
  2. Guests are requested to separate their laundry and inform staff of the required wash cycle to prevent machine damage.
  3. Washing machine to be used not less than half load or it can be damaged.
  4. No clothes to dry on railings. Cloth drying racks have been provided for every villa and apartment

🚪 Security & Access

  1. Guests should take the contact numbers of housekeeping staff and security when going out.
  2. Please inform security/housekeeping staff 10 minutes before arrival so the gate can be opened in time, and common area air conditioning can be switched on for your comfort.

🛠️ Maintenance & Reporting Issues

  1. We follow a zero-defect policy. If you notice any defects or issues, please inform the housekeeping staff, and we will try to rectify them as soon as possible.
