Villa Majestic, situated in the scenic Pilerne Village near Candolim beach, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces to create an atmosphere of old-world charm. With its manicured garden, private pool, and five bedrooms, this beautiful home provides the perfect retreat for relaxation in a natural setting.

The outdoor patio, overlooking the crystal blue waters of the pool, provides a tranquil and comfortable space for unwinding. The interior colour palette is inspired by neutral hues found in the landscaping, while the stunning drawing room serves as the central gathering place,

featuring chic furniture, tasteful art pieces, and ambient lighting. Combining Portuguese and contemporary design elements, Villa Majestic exudes a warm and soulful ambiance.

At Aroha Palms Majestic Villa, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service and hospitality to all of our guests. Our dedicated team is on hand 24/7 to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Refund Policy
Cancellation

For your safety and enjoyment of your stay, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Occupancy: Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the villa as stated in your booking confirmation. Additional guests will incur a charge of ₹5,000 per person per night if it is within the hosting capacity of the villa.
Valuables: Use the safety lockers provided for your valuables. The management and staff cannot be held responsible for any misplaced items.
Keys: In case of lost keys, the lock cylinders will be replaced for safety reasons, and the actual cost will be billed to you.
Staff rest time: All staff members must have at least 10 hours of rest time per 24 hours, and from 1 am to 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.
Food: Our chef is at your service, and ingredients and groceries will be charged based on actual usage. We provide one grocery run free of charge per day. Restaurants in Goa are also available for food delivery or reservations.
No food will be served inside the bedrooms
Responsibility: Please keep nets, windows and doors closed when not needed, turn off lights and electronic devices when not in use, and avoid moving indoor furniture outside.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, but allowed in balconies and outside areas.
Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the villa.
Any damages caused during your stay will be deducted from your security deposit.
Prohibited items: Flammables, explosive materials, and objects with unpleasant odours are not allowed inside the villa.
We strictly enforce a no drugs policy and do not permit any illegal or objectionable activities on the property.
Parties/events: The villa does not permit parties or events, but we can help you organize sit-down dinners or barbecues for up to 4 outside guests with prior permission.
Music should be taken inside the villa between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am to ensure the peace and quiet of our neighbours. No loud music is to be played after 10:00 pm

45+ Days Notice: Full refund (less 5% processing fee) or 100% credit for a future stay.
30 – 44 Days Notice: 50% cash refund or 100% credit for a future stay.
15 – 29 Days Notice: No cash refund. However, we offer a 50% credit for a future stay.

Our goal is to balance flexibility for our guests with the operational requirements of maintaining a luxury estate.
- Cancellation within 14 Days: Cancellations made within two weeks of check-in are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
