Villa Grande is the newer of the pair and the more deliberate — 8,000 square feet of white, three-storey home built from the ground up as an art villa, wrapped in manicured gardens and old-world verandahs. Six curated bedrooms open into light, five of them with private jacuzzi tubs. The interiors carry a Portuguese-Goan colour palette and original work from celebrated artists, anchored by a drawing room that spills straight onto the poolside patio.
Outside, the private 10-metre pool looks over the village — a signature outlook for the collector's house, and the reason most guests never quite get around to leaving. When they do, Candolim is ten minutes away, Calangute fifteen, Baga eighteen. It suits a quiet family week and an intimate celebration equally well, and a workstation in every bedroom means nobody has to choose between the holiday and the deadline.

- Cooking facilities: Villa kitchens are fully equipped for guest self-cooking, and the restaurant next door can also deliver meals. Restaurant delivery is also available.
- 24/7 Estate Security: Complete peace of mind with round-the-clock security personnel and CCTV surveillance.
- House guidelines: Smoking on balconies and outdoor areas only. No pets inside the villa. Music indoors between 10 PM and 8 AM, no loud music after 10 PM. The pool is unsupervised — please stay close to children at all times.
